1. What kind of phone greetings can you do?
Answer - We do all types of phone greetings like "Welcome Messages", On Hold Messages with regular updating, IVR (Interactive Voice Response). We can scale to any project from 1 box voicemail greetings to Enterprise company phone systems. Our talents all perform commercial work for Radio, Television, Websites, Narration, and more. If you need a voice for your company we can help in multiple ways.

2. What is the cost for a professional phone greeting?
Answer A - In general, we quote phone greetings at $50 per one page script (double spaced, 12 size times new roman font, with 1.5 inch side margins and 1 inch top and bottom margins).

Answer B - For a sales call script you can send in a copy of the script and we will give you a quote. Typically its $100 per page.

Answer C - Special Projects for commercials or narration or presentations are priced individually and need to be submitted for a quote.

3. How does the recorded greeting get on to our system?
Answer – We will send the file in an .mp3, or .WAV format via email, and you can forward it to your contact at your specific phone systems provider. You can install it yourself if you have good speakers and a quite room or for an installation fee we can install it remotely with our special Hybrid Coupling system (there is no room noise on a remote install). If no file preference is selected, we will send a .mp3. However, we can send the file in ANY format your phone system requires (ie. ulaw, 8bit, 8khz, mono).

4. Can I choose who will do my recording?
Answer – Yes you can go to the talent section to hear samples of each of our professional talents.

5. Can I hear the script before it goes on our system?
Answer - Yes, we can email you a sample in an .mp3 format.

6. What format can you deliver the recorded greeting in?
Answer - The standard format used is .mp3, but if you need it in another format (ulaw, 8bit, 8khz, mono) we are happy to do it. Just let us know what you prefer when you fill out the quote request form.

7. Does it matter what type of phone system I am using?
Answer - Yes, most phone systems will be able to upload an .mp3, if we need to we can record it directly on your phone system remotely for an installation charge (Typically $25 per page). If you are not sure what format the recording should be in check with your phone system provider.

8. How long does it take to get phone greeting recorded and on my system?
Answer - There is usually a 24-48 hour turn around (not including weekends). We will advise you if this turn around is not doable for any reason.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer - We accept all forms of credit cards: i.e. Master card, Visa, Discover, and American Express and PayPal. We do accept Checks by mail, but your project cannot proceed until after the check has cleared the bank.

10. When do we pay and how?
Answer - When you receive a quote you will receive an assigned invoice number and link to our billing page at http://www.professionalphonegreeting.com/billing.html
You just fill in the three fields about your project and complete checkout.

11. What if the pronunciation is wrong after it has been recorded?
Answer - When you send over the script for a quote we ask that you phonetically spell out any uncommon words and names. If you do that and it is recorded incorrectly, we will re-record with no charge.
